6 weeks after first procedure. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT FOR MICROBLADING WITH KATELYN. This service does not pertain to new clients.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY APPOINTMENT. This retainer is not a deposit—it is a fee to reserve your appointment time and secure our availability. The fee is non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances, including illness, covid, emergency, or changes in availability. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time by logging into your booking profile or texting (559) 466-8233. Any cancellation or reschedule request made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the retainer and require a new one to rebook. Late reschedules (under 48 hours) may also be subject to a 50% charge of the service or class cost, due before rebooking. Same-day bookings for Permanent Makeup are not available—please plan ahead. By booking, you agree to all policies stated here. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking. Special Instructions Please double check that all of your contact info is correct when booking, so you can receive the proper notifications. We are flexible with rescheduling as long as it’s done within 48 hours prior to the appointment
